The technique of use consists in filling the Mixing Glass with ice, where the ingredients are poured and thanks to the 40 cm trident fork Bar spoon are mixed and chilled.

Once ready it is strained, used the Mercury Hawthorne Strainer or The Hermes Julep Strainer and poured into the glass.
