Lumian Srl makes shipping throughout Italy through SDA Express Courier within 24/48 hours from receipt of order.
All our shipments are traceable and insured.

When the order is processed, it will be alerted by email of the dispatch.
You will also receive a tracking number with which you can check directly at the site of the SDA express courier, the delivery status of the package.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and communicated to the customer before the purchase is concluded.


Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document and the packaging is not damaged or altered, even in materials closure.
Any damage to packing and / or product or the mismatch in the number of items or information must be immediately reported by the client, putting the word "AGREE WITH RESERVE" on the delivery courier. In order to make delivery of goods ordered, you have always required the presence of the Customer or a person authorized in the place indicated and the day of expected delivery.
In the event that the carrier does not find anyone at the address indicated for the delivery, will make a second attempt before holding the pack in the warehouse of the SDA headquarters closer to the recipient. After this period, you can no longer pick up the package at the warehouse and SDA must contact again Lumian to send the goods purchased. In this case, the buyer will have to pay again shipping costs.
Cases of force majeure, lack of means of transport, as well as unpredictable or inevitable events that cause delays in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible, or to cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery of cargo Lumian Ltd., will be entitled to postpone or delete, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, Lumian Ltd. will provide timely notice to the email address provided by the customer and will be entitled to a refund of any money already paid, excluding any further claims, in any capacity, in respect of the Lumian srl.
